These Rental Terms ("Terms") govern the rental of made-to-order PILOT modular sofas and other products ("Products") from TANG BADHAM LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website or direct communication channels. 2.1. Eligibility Requirements
Rentals are exclusively available to individuals or entities that:
Have an operational business.
Provide proof of a functional website representing their business.
Are located in North America (international rentals may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
Applicants may be required to provide the following before finalizing a rental agreement:
Business registration details or tax ID.
A valid government-issued ID for the authorized representative.
Proof of business address or other relevant documentation.
2.2. Agreement Finalization
TANG BADHAM LLC reserves the right to deny rental requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
A signed rental agreement and full payment (including the security deposit) are required before delivery or pickup.

3.1. Standard Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 1 day unless specified otherwise in the agreement.
3.2. Extensions
Customers may request extensions at least 3 days before the end of the rental period. Approval is subject to availability, and additional fees will apply.

Prices are listed in USD.
Domestic orders include sales tax based on shipping destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price in your confirmed invoice will remain binding for that transaction.
4.1. Rental Fees
Rental fees are calculated based on the configuration, rental duration, and delivery location.
4.2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at booking to cover potential damages.
4.3. Late Returns
Items not returned by the agreed date will incur daily fees of 20% of total order value. Items not returned within 3 days may be considered lost or stolen, and the full replacement cost will be charged.
4.4. Payment Methods
Payments must be made via ACH or wire transfer. Full payment is required before delivery or pickup.
5.1. Delivery Arrangements
Delivery will be coordinated through our logistics partners. Customers must ensure accessibility for delivery, including adequate space for placement.
5.2. Customer Pickup
Customers opting for self-pickup must provide a covered vehicle and necessary equipment (e.g., moving blankets, straps) to securely transport items.
5.3. Additional Charges
Extra fees may apply for special delivery circumstances, such as stairs, narrow hallways, or additional equipment requirements.

6.1. General Care
Customers must maintain the Leased Property in the same condition as when received, excluding ordinary (nonpermanent) wear.
Items must be kept away from liquids, extreme heat, sand, dirt, dyes, glitter, chemicals, or substances that could cause damage.
6.2. Professional Handling
Professional movers must handle all transportation during the rental period. Items must be wrapped and secured to prevent damage.
6.3. Loss, Damage, or Cleaning Fees
Loss or irreparable damage will result in charges up to the full retail value of the items.
Cleaning fees will apply if items require professional cleaning upon return.
Fees for damage or loss will be communicated within 24 hours of return assessment and are payable within 7 days of invoicing.
6.4. Example Costs
Modular Sofa Components (3-seater with 3 ottomans): $7,200.
Custom Configurations: Costs provided upon invoicing.
7.1. Reporting Requirements
Customers must report damage, loss, or theft immediately to studio@tangbadham.com, providing photos and a detailed explanation.
7.2. Liability
Customers are responsible for all damage, theft, or loss during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
8.1. Before Delivery
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the delivery date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of delivery will incur a fee of 50% of the rental fee.

Cancellations after delivery are non-refundable.

All Rental Items remain the property of TANG BADHAM LLC.

10.1. Liability Limitation
TANG BADHAM LLC is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of Rental Items.
10.2. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless TANG BADHAM LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse or negligence.
11.1. End of Rental Period
Items must be cleaned, properly prepared, and ready for pickup at the agreed location.
11.2. Late Returns
Late returns are subject to daily fees as specified in 4.3.
TANG BADHAM LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will apply to future agreements but will not affect existing contracts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in New York City courts.
